Horse Drawn Holidays was established in 2004 by Jeff and Sally Moeggenberg. Our 20 foot wagon is pulled by Danny and Saucer, 2000lb Percheron draft horses. At 13 and 15 years old, Saucer and Danny are very experienced and street safe. Their previous owners used them up in Vancouver BC and Victoria. The initial focus of our business has been delivering Christmas trees door to door in the Laurelhurst neighborhood. Trees were cut fresh each week from a Mollala tree farm. We had a great time and look forward to returning with trees next December. Additional events in the Laurelhurst neighborhood are listed. We will come to other neighborhoods to give hay rides.
